Dr. Kritika Shiwani manages academic operations and programme development for eLadder University across India and the United States. She supports faculty collaboration, learner success, and cross-border academic alignment.

Dr. A. Saranya is an Assistant Professor and Programme Coordinator in the Department of Computer Science Engineering at MAHE Dubai. She holds a PhD in Computer Science Engineering from Vels Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies, Chennai. With over 14 years in higher education, her expertise covers artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing and data science, with research into intelligent solutions for healthcare, smart cities, speech and gesture recognition, wildlife monitoring and assistive technologies. She has published 25 research papers, 19 indexed in Scopus and 3 in SCI journals, holds five granted patents, and has authored five book chapters.
