One-to-one advice
A conversation about where you are trying to get to and what stands between you and it — held online, in a time zone that works for you, like everything else here.
Students
Most of our students are already working. Support here is about moving forward in a career, not starting one from nothing.
What you get
A conversation about where you are trying to get to and what stands between you and it — held online, in a time zone that works for you, like everything else here.
Review of your CV, your profile and your applications against what employers in your country and sector actually filter on.
Employers ask what a qualification demonstrates, not what it was called. Support includes putting the skills behind your programme into the language of the roles you are applying for.
Practice against the questions your target roles ask, including the ones about studying online alongside full-time work — which comes up, and answers well.
Being straight about it
It is not a placement service. No university can promise you a job, and one that implies it is telling you something it cannot control. What we can do is make sure you are not losing opportunities to things that are fixable.
We also publish no employment statistics — no placement rate, no average salary. eLadder has no graduating cohort yet, so any figure would be an estimate presented as a result, and those are exactly the numbers a student weighs most heavily when deciding where to spend their money.
When there is a real cohort with real outcomes, the numbers will appear here, whatever they say.
