Policies

Terms of use

These terms govern your use of this website. They are separate from any agreement you enter into when you enrol.

Draft in progress

We are finalising this policy.

Read it and tell us what to sharpen. Where a figure is still being set, we name the decision rather than publish a number we would have to change.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to visitors to eladder.com. Enrolment is governed by a separate enrolment agreement, and where the two differ on anything about your studies, the enrolment agreement governs.

The information on this site

We publish programme, admission and institutional information in good faith and keep it current. Where a fact is not yet settled, this site states that rather than estimating it.

Programme content, delivery and fees may change. Where a change affects students already enrolled, they will be told directly rather than through a website update.

Using the site

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
  • Do not use the site to distribute unlawful material, or to impersonate the university or any person.
  • Do not copy substantial parts of this site for republication without permission.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, course descriptions, artwork and the eLadder name and marks, belongs to the university or its licensors.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content. A link is not an endorsement.

Governing law and changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published here, with the date it took effect.

Being finalised in this section

  • The governing law and jurisdiction
  • The legal entity name and registered address to be stated
